Refund Policy

Refunds are at the discretion of New Moon Crystals. We do not accept refunds for change of mind under any circumstances. It is important to note that crystals are natural products that are perfectly imperfect with caves and cracks. please take this into consideration before purchasing.

Each crystal is thoroughly checked over prior to being carefully packaged, however if you receive your item damaged during transit please send through photo evidence within 24hrs of receiving your goods along with your order number for reference. 

To start a return, you can contact us. If your return is accepted, the cost of sending back the item is at your discretion. Upon receiving the item, we will offer a full refund (minus shipping costs) or we will send you a replacement (which ever is preferred).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact usimmediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
